Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

Personal injury and wrongful death comprise a substantial portion of the civil practice of the Firm. At The Fulkerson Law Firm, PC, we only represent individuals who have been injured or the estates of those who have been killed as a result of another's negligence - we never represent insurance companies.
