Transactional real estate services are a primary focus of the real estate practice at The Fulkerson Law Firm, PC. With years of experience working with lenders, buyers, sellers and real estate agents, Jennifer E. Fulkerson leads this practice area of the Firm. From the purchase of your new home to the beginning or expansion of your business enterprise, we are experienced in performing closings involving both residential and commercial real estate. We have assisted both buyers and sellers of real property with transactions such as purchases, refinances, foreclosures and construction loans, among others.
For those clients who are not quite ready to move into property ownership, The Firm is pleased to offer to prepare or review residential and commercial lease agreements or rental agreements.
We also are pleased to provide other services related to real estate issues, such as preparation of General Warranty or Quitclaim Deeds, performance of a chain of title search or to provide opinions as to existing documents of those types.
If you have been charged and arrested for a crime and are unable to meet your bond obligation, we are happy to provide a quote on a Property Bond should you wish to use real property as security. Please note that the Clerk of Court will only accept a Property Bond if there is nothing owed on the property, such as a mortgage, lien, judgment or unpaid taxes. We can assist you with performing the necessary title search and document preparation in order to obtain a Property Bond. Please call our office for a quote for this service.
